When active, a “Move Quote Items to Shopping Cart” button appears on the quote request page. A “Move Items to Shopping Cart” option also appears in the mini quote cart dropdown in the header. Both transfer all quote items into the standard shopping cart in one click.
When a customer clicks either button, Cart2Quote transfers all items from the quote cart into the standard Magento shopping cart. It preserves quantities and product options exactly as configured in the quote. The customer then lands on the cart page and can proceed to checkout at catalog prices straight away.
Cart2Quote does not delete the original quote request. Therefore, if the customer changes their mind and wants to continue the negotiation, they can return to My Quotes and pick up where they left off.
