API Key Capsule:
Located: Settings > Users > Select Admin User > API Authentication Token > Copy the token
– Press Save Config.
– After saving refresh the page (optional refresh cache)
Configure Opportunity Configuration:
1. Track configuration
Create track in Capsule CRM:
Go to: Settings > Tracks > Add New Track > Configure > Press Save
Add to track in Magento:
Go to: System > Configuration > Cart2Quote > Capsule API Configuration > Opportunity Configuration
Refresh the page and select the track at the field “Add track to the opportunity.”
2. Opportunity value mapping
Configure the total that is added to the opportunity by selecting a total type in the “Configure expected value mapping” field.
Configure Status mapping:
1. Configure your Milestones (if haven’t already done that)
Add additional milestones:
Go to: Settings > Opportunity Milestones > Delete or add new milestones
2. Configure mapping of the quote status and the milestones
Go to: System > Configuration > Cart2Quote > Capsule API Configuration > Status Mapping
Select the milestones in the dropdown for each status.
Save the page
Configure the sales representative mapping:
Go to: System > Permissions > Users > Select the sales representative you want to map
You can select the sales representative you want to map to the Capsule backend user in the field “Capsule username.”
1. Magento Customer
The customer is created only when a does not exist in CapsuleCRM.
This will be checked on each quote save (create quote, change status or update prices)
The opportunity will be created when a quotes saves (create quote, change status or update prices)
The quote will be mapped to opportunity with an unique ID, each quote save the opportunity will be updated.
1. Check you CapsuleCRM URL and token
2. Clear your cache
3. Login and out
4. Refresh the page
